1967-69 Camaro/Firebird Anti-Theft Starter Disable Device
Slow down a potential joy rider or thief with this simple push button device for all 1967-69 Camaros & Firebirds. This device interrupts power going to the starter, when a thief tries to start the car, it acts like there is a dead battery and won't crank. With the button pressed in the car operates like normal. Button will light up, it can be wired up to light up when pressed, all the time or when lights come on. Includes detailed instructions. Device can be used as a standalone device or added to an alarm replacing the alarm's ignition disable. Uses a high-quality relay so power isn't running thru the small button which allows you to mount the button where you want, button can be installed in the glove box, ash tray, center console, under the dash or where you choose.
Button options:
16mm Black button - Slightly bigger than 1/2" diameter, this billet button will light up in white, red, blue or green. Black finish helps it blend it with most surfaces.
16mm Chrome go-baby-go button - same size as the button above but has a chrome finish with "go-baby-go" engraved on it. Looks more like a nitrous button so could be mounted in plain view. Has white illumination.
19mm Black Lightning button - Same size as our dimmer switch button. Black billet button needs a larger 3/4" mounting hole. Available with white, red or blue illumination. Same size as the off the floor dimmer switch button.
